Since workers’ compensation insurance helps provide benefits to employees for a work-related injury or illness, each individual state has a requirement that a business must provide workers compensation coverage for the protection of their employees.
Please contact 4A’s Benefits via insurance@4asbenefits.com or via phone at 704-594-6281 to receive a claim form so that claim can be filed on your behalf. Additional information will be needed to be provided so that a claim can be submitted to adjuster. Once the claim has been submitted, the adjuster will be in contact you for additional information and guidance.
We do not share any information with outside parties. The only information that is collected is only for setting up coverage and for submission of any WC claim. No financial or credit card information is ever collected or stored by 4A’s Benefits.
The workers' compensation coverage will be in-force for only the days purchased for coverage and only during the time period you would be considered to be working for the stated production. Once the workday or the production ends, any and all coverage would end at that time.
